AirePleat G4/F5/MERV9 high capacity pleated panel filters are designed to provide sustained efficiency with a low pressure drop.
Airepure has selected pleat filtration media made from Japanese UBE fibre. This media is designed to provide sustained efficiency with a low pressure drop, high dust holding capacity and high energy efficiency. The UBE Filtration Media is 100% synthetic, so it will not absorb moisture or support microbial growth.
The filter has been carefully designed with an optimal number of pleats to suit the thicker than normal UBE media. This allows the filter to have a low pressure drop and maximise dust holding capacity which leads to energy savings over the life of the filter.
AirePleat high capacity filters can easily upgrade existing flat panel or V-Form filters currently being used to reduce energy costs. AirePleat high capacity filters are available in 22mm, 44mm and 95mm depths.
All AirePleat high capacity filters are rated as G4 per EN779:2012, F5 per AS1324.1:2001 and MERV9 per ASHRAE52.2:2017. Per ISO16890:2016, AirePleat 22mm depth filters are rated ePM10 60%, AirePleat 44mm depth filters are rated ePM10 65% and Airepleat 95mm depth filters are rated ePM10 60%.
AirePleat high capacity filters are suitable for variable air volume systems. Operating face velocity ranges are from 0 to 2.54 m/sec face velocity and can be used in most heating, air conditioning, or ventilating systems.
AirePleat high capacity disposable pleated filters are suitable as a primary filter installed into universal holding frames, side access applications and similar existing hardware. They may be used as pre-filters to extend the life of AirePak, PurePak, PureCell, Aireflow-V, and AireCell filters in these framing systems.
AirePleat high capacity “elements” and “rolls” are also offered. These are pleated sections of AirePleat media in selected widths with the metal backing for use in a re-useable metal frame (service pleat).
