Description

Designed and developed by Airepure, the Pure-V Extended Surface Panel Filter is a product with form and fit, unlike any other metal or plastic framed pleated panel filter in the marketplace today.

At the core of every Pure-V is Airepure’s self-supporting media which when pleated displays extraordinary durability and strength, holding its shape without the need of a metal cage or wire support.

The Pure-V is fully tested with an efficiency of G4 to EN 779:2002 with up to date test reports available upon request. Meeting your compliance issues has never been easier with the Pure-V panel filter.

Pure-V is available in a range of standard and non-standard sizes of nominal 50 and 100mm thicknesses.

Pure-V extended surface panel filters are washable or disposable and suited to non-critical applications or as a prefilter to extend the life of the secondary filter. Pure-V is also easily made up in banks with the use of the appropriate “F” type holding frame.

Construction

The Pure-V extended surface panel filters feature a secure structural binding of the filter media to the solid aluminium frame, which makes them the most reliable, durable and strongest V-Form filter in the market today, and fit for any demanding application.

Unlike conventional wire supported V form media, the Pure-V media is rigid, self-supporting and 100% sealed into the outer frame (fully potted). This secure structural bonding of the filter media to the frame ensures a consistent pleat arrangement and eliminates the potential for air and contaminant bypass

With over 40% more pleats per filter compared to standard V-form panel filters, the Pure-V filter offers greater surface area over pressure drop, greater dust and contaminant holding capacity and a longer filter life. Furthermore, the absence of wire support eliminates the potential formation of rust and means safer handling for the installer.

Pure-V extended surface panel filters can be installed in universal holding frames, side access applications and similar existing hardware. They may be used as pre-filters to extend the life of AirePak, PurePak, PureCell and AireFlow-V filters in these framing systems.

Maintenance/Servicing

Pure-V filters can be used either as a washable or disposable filter. The Pure-V filters should be hosed from the clean air side and may be washed a number of times with care. Before installing back into frames or slides check media for wear or damage and replace filter if necessary.
