Fumes- Wet Scrubbers

Wet scrubbers are ideal solution for water soluble vapours and chemical fumes. Airepure provides an appropriately sized engineered design based on your application needs – to assure both safety and low environmental emissions. These wet scrubbers are available in a range of sizes, materials and configurations to provide you with a reliable long term solution for your wet scrubber needs.

Emergency Gas Scrubbers

Excellent for treatment and control of sudden releases of toxic gases. Especially useful in the water treatment and chemical process industries. While wet scrubbers work very well in industrial process situations – emergency gas scrubbers have long periods of standing, then, when needed have to work to their design criteria. Airepure can provided a range of proven solutions for these critical needs.

Degasifiers & Air Strippers

Airepure uses the Duall range of degasifiers remove gases from liquid streams. Effective results can be seen for; Hydrogen Sulfide (H₂S) and CO₂ found in groundwater supplies, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), MTBE, in industrial wastewaters and process effluents. Each system is designed to suit your site and application needs.

Odour Control Systems

Airepure has an extensive range of designs to suit odour control issues, technologies include; wet scrubbers, packed media beds, biofiltration and carbon units. Major design criteria evaluated include: air flows, odour composition/ levels, humidity, temperature and the desired odour level to be achieved.

Ejector Tower & Venturi Scrubbers

Compact, highly efficient scrubbers designed for vapour deposition reactors, cylinder cabinets, chemical storage tanks, gas scrubbing, low-volume exhaust and hot gas/quench applications.

Duct, Hoods Tanks & Other Specialty Thermoplastic Fabrications

Duall duct, hoods and tanks are designed for each application in accordance with standards set by the American Conference of Governmental Industrial Hygienists and OSHA. Duall determines the amount of air required at each source affecting hood slot size, size of hood plenum and size of duct. The best corrosion-resistant material for construction is selected for duct and hoods using the highest quality PVC, CPVC, PP, PVDF, HDPE, FRP and DUALLast™ FRP with PVC corrosion barrier. Duall has the highest standards and the most advanced equipment for manufacturing. Duall is a certified Corzan™ CPVC fabricator. Duall welders are AWS tested and certified.

Centrifugal Fans

Duall offers a wide selection of corrosion-resistant centrifugal fans to handle even the most difficult applications. Standard materials of construction are fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polypropylene (PP), and DUALLast™ FRP. Optional materials of construction are polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), polyethylene (HDPE), Corzan™ (CPVC) and stainless steel.
