Fume Scrubbers

Duall single and extended pack fume scrubbers solve most industrial airpollution problems. They are especially effective on water-soluble fumes and odors. The extended pack scrubber with chemical addition is used on many low-solubility contaminants.

Duct, Hoods Tanks & Other Specialty Thermoplastic Fabrications

Duall duct, hoods and tanks are designed for each application in accordance with standards set by the American Conference of Governmental Industrial Hygienists and OSHA. Duall determines the amount of air required at each source affecting hood slot size, size of hood plenum and size of duct. The best corrosion-resistant material for construction is selected for duct and hoods using the highest quality PVC, CPVC, PP, PVDF, HDPE, FRP and DUALLastTM FRP with PVC corrosion barrier. Duall has the highest standards and the most advanced equipment for manufacturing. Duall is a certified Corzan™ CPVC fabricator. Duall welders are AWS tested and certified.

Centrifugal Fans

Duall offers a wide selection of corrosion-resistant centrifugal fans to handle even the most difficult applications. Standard materials of construction are fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polypropylene (PP), and DUALLastTM FRP. Optional materials of construction are polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), polyethylene (HDPE), Corzan™ (CPVC) and stainless steel.

Odor Control Systems

Duall designs and manufactures customized odor control scrubbers to meet customer specific needs. Through the use of a highly trained lab and chemical engineering staff, Duall can design a unit to meet even the strictest requirements. Major design criteria evaluated include: size of unit, packings, moisture extractor, scrubbing liquid, recycle rate and material of construction.

Ejector Tower & Venturi Scrubbers

Compact, highly efficient scrubbers designed for vapor deposition reactors, cylinder cabinets, chemical storage tanks, gas scrubbing, low-volume exhaust and hot gas/quench applications.

Emergency Gas Scrubbers

Available as eductors without fans or packed bed scrubbers with fans. Excellent for treatment and control of sudden releases of toxic gases. Especially useful in the water treatment and chemical process industries. Combine the particulate removal and gas moving features of an eductor with the gas absorption quality of a packed tower.

Degasifiers, Decarbonators & Air Strippers

Duall Model ST degasifiers remove volatile organic compounds (VOCs), MTBE, Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S) and CO2 found in groundwater supplies, industrial wastewaters and process effluents. Each system is computerdesigned from an extensive data base. On-site testing is utilized when necessary.
