Extended Surface Multi-Pocket Filters

General

AirePak extended surface multi-pocket bag filters are designed for use in most commercial or industrial HVAC systems where medium to high efficiency filtration is required.The AirePak has been designed to withstand the rigors of turbulent airflow and can remove contaminants such as smoke, bacteria, fume, fungi and virus-bearing droplet nuclei. AirePak filters are available in MERV 9 (F5) to MERV 15 (F9) efficiencies.

The AirePak multi-pocket bag filter are constructed from an exclusive blend of electrostatically enhanced synthetic microfibers are moisture resistant and will not support microbial growth.

Each pocket is sonically sealed to provide maximum strength and a leak free seal. Aerodynamic channels inside the pockets ensure proper inflation of pockets and to maximise media utilisation.

AirePak multi-pocket bag filters are available in a variety of standard configurations to suit your air quality requirement. In addition to the standard sizes we can manufacture virtually any combination of height, width and number of pockets. Please consult with your Airepure contact person for availability.

The AirePak multi-pocket air filter offers high efficiency at a minimal resistance to airflow and with effective removal of submicron particles is the perfect fit for any application Installation AirePak multi-pocket bag filters are suitable as a primary filter to meet AS 1668.2 and can be installed in “F” series holding frames, side access applications and similar existing hardware.

Installation

AirePak multi-pocket bag filters can also be installed in combination with AirePleat, V-Forms or SP Gate Filters to maximise change-out intervals
