PURAFIL GRIDBLOK – A NEW WAY – ANDY WELLER’S VISIT FEB 2009

Media Flasks with GridBLOK_SMALL

In February 2009 Andy Weller of Purafil gave a series of presentations across the Eastern States of Australia relating to the Purafil GridBLOK – a ground breaking & revolutionary new filter that uses no bonding materials – it therefore has 100% of the carbon product available to deal with chemical contaminants.

For turbulent air flows it combines high approach velocities with very low pressure drop without sacrificing performance. It offers the highest removal efficiencies, highest capacity and lowest pressure drop in the industry compared to other carbon filters.

The new formulation of IAQ media gives this product twice as much formaldehyde removal than any other impregnated product on the market. This product now bridges the gap between light and medium filtration requirements.

This product is particularly appropriate for Educational Facilities, Airports, Hotels, Casinos, Healthcare Facilities, Museum and Archive Centers.

Andy’s presentation of the product was both enlightening and well received by all of those who participated.
