Airepure Australia supplied a range of custom cleanroom and airborne containment filtration solutions to the Victorian Comprehensive Cancer Centre (VCCC).
The VCCC is a purpose-built centre-of-excellence for cancer research, treatment, education and care located in the prestigious Melbourne Biomedical Precinct. It is home to cancer research, clinical services and educational facilities for Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre, Melbourne Health and the University of Melbourne.
The VCCC incorporates various clinical and research spaces, including PC3 level laboratories, isolation rooms and operating theatres.
This inner city site created a number of logistics and deployment issues, which included the redevelopment and extension of existing buildings and the ability to deliver stock on time and to site in a narrow time timeframe.
Airepure’s local warehouse and well managed logistics and stock levels assisted with this project. This included custom engineered items to suit the site needs and premium level containment systems for containment PC3 support.
A strong focus on long term value, excellent product maintenance outcomes and top level air quality drove the selection of Airepure products for this site.
